When a tenancy expires, we can arrange to close down all responsibilities associated with the property, allowing your employee to move on with the least disruption possible.

What we do…

• Co-ordination of the time and date of check-out at the property and arrangement of cleaning (if required).
• Checking of keys and inventory, and agreeing any necessary repairs/deductions with the landlord.
• Assistance in obtaining final accounts of utilities and council tax, as well as cancellation of contents insurance and television license (if required).
• Assistance with retrieval of security deposit.
