Liechtenstein to Manchester – amazing

Robin was amazing. His knowledge was so impressive, helping us make informed decisions every step of the way, especially as we didn’t know Greater Manchester at all, didn’t know what to expect based on our changing life needs with a toddler, and as mentioned before his patience with us throughout as we kept changing our minds was really appreciated.

Oliver was also very helpful and empathetic when Robin was away and we were all (including our toddler) struggling with illness and needed flexibility on the temporary accomodation start date.
